Our mission is to provide small and medium-sized businesses in Lombardy with the combined support of hardware, software and skills to build a business ecosystem that makes daily operations simple, convenient and fast, both in the office and on the move, allows rapid access to information and therefore allows better decisions in less time.

Design and management of Microsoft 365 collaboration systems. Exchange platforms, sharepoint, InTune, EntraID, Teams (certified sip trunk and termination service based on Audiocodes platform). Azure-based virtual server environments.

Infoset has experienced the great evolution of networking technologies, the migration from dedicated connectivity (CDN, Frame Relay) to shared ones (ADSL, HDSL, FTTC. FTTH, dedicated optical fibres). 3CX is a multi-platform IP telephony and unified communications system that can be used in the cloud or on premise, perfect both in the office and on the move. As a 3CX Titanium Partner we are among the leading experts in the implementation and assistance for all 3CX communication solutions, as well as being a provider of certified SIP Trunks in Italy and with direct foreign interconnections.

Thanks to the partnership with the VoIPTools company, Infoset is able to customize your 3CX VoIP PBX making it even more flexible and performing.

IP Telephony

Infoset is Snom's certified partner for IP telephony. Snom telephones are fully supported by the major manufacturers of IP and hybrid PBXs, from Asterisk to 3CX. Special provisioning functions are available for the 3CX PBX.

VoIP Gateways

Infoset is a partner of Beronet, manufacturer of ISDN, FXS, FXO and PRI gateways on VoIP lines. Thanks to our VoIP reseller activity and the large number of installations completed over the years, we are able to offer ourselves as a valid partner for your "secure" VoIP communications in Milan and its province.

Session border controllers - AudioCodes
