Elastix 5, recently launched in beta, brings the following enhancements to Elastix users:
- Available for free as Linux ISO
- Based on the latest Debian release (Jessie)

- Free SSL Certificates and DNS Hosting
- WebRTC video conferencing included – free and without plugins
- Automatic configuration of the most common IP phones – both remotely and locally

- Includes native softphones for Android and iOS
- Includes Unified Communications – Messages and faxes sent to email, Chat, presence status
- Client for Mac and Windows

- Automatic failover, backup & restore
- Secure factory configuration with SIP traffic defense mechanisms against hacking attacks
Thanks to this acquisition it will be possible to migrate your elastix PBX with the latest release of 3cx, keeping the current phones ( Snom, Yealink, Fanvil... ) and also the gateways ( Beronet, Patton... ). All types of sip/voip trunks remain supported.
Free license for 8 concurrent calls , 5 web conference participants, one SIP Trunk and a complete set of Unified Communications features.
